Since 1986 Soft-Tex Manufacturing has produced basic bedding products in their Cohoes, NY factory just outside Albany. Their 90 skilled men and women take pride in making the finest pillows and sleep products available.

Soft-Tex provides a state of the art drop ship service to allow quick turn around on orders, shipping direct to the consumer, accelerating the delivery process for our Catalog, Internet and TV shopping retailers.
In 2008, Soft-Tex relocated to a new modern 120,000 square foot facility, creating an efficient production and shipping center in Waterford, NY. Traffic flow of materials and updated equipment has more than doubled their production capabilities. Our shipping efficiencies have been streamlined through the addition of an extensive conveyer system quickly moving products to 10 shipping and receiving bays.
As we continue our growth, we maintain a focus on quality, service and design - the foundation of our company since 1986.
We do not require an adult signature for deliveries, but please note that the decision to leave your package without a signature is at the discretion of the delivery person. If you want an item left at your doorstep, the best thing to do is leave a note on your door asking the driver to leave your package with "No Signature Required." Be sure to include your name and tracking number on the note.

I ordered a full size which is the size of our bed, but the pillow lacks about 2 inches from covering the mattress on both sides.It is comfortable but they need to make it the proper size

the bed pillow is very comfortable but we ordered a full size(which is the size of our bed), but it lacks about 2 inches on each side from covering the whole mattress. Suggestion is to buy one size bigger than what your mattress really is.
