There are real problems with this product. There is no Serta or Outlast branding on the pillow itself- you can't see the Outlast honeycomb pattern inside so you don't really know if it's in there. (Before this purchase, I did not know how to recognize Outlast in a product- I had to ask the Outlast company itself.) This looks like any other standard pillow. The law tag on the pillow itself is not labelled as a Serta product- it's labelled "nVision." You have to connect the dots with a lot of research to find the relationship. According to nVision, they only put Outlast on one side of the pillow- the side with the blue stripe. Incidentally, there is nothing in the packaging that tells you to sleep on the side with the blue stripe- I learned that from a conference call with nVision. If you accept what you can't see- that the pillow actually has Outlast in it- what happens after you put on a pillow protector and a pillow case and you can no longer see the blue stripe? How will you know which side to sleep on? I think that is just poor, cheap design. If people are looking for an Outlast pillow, wouldn't they expect to find it on both sides? That was my expectation[...]. Also, the fabric on the pillow was pilling right out of the bag.
